Orders up to £10.00 will cost £2.25 via recorded delivery.
Orders over £10.01 up to £20.00 will cost £3.25 via recorded delivery.
Orders over £20.01 up to £30.00 will cost £3.75 via recorded delivery.
Orders over £30.01 up to £60.00 will cost £4.95 via recorded delivery or other courier.
Orders over £60.01 delivery FREE OF CHARGE.
Proof of Postage can be provided for all orders.

Returns Policy
We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
- Unwanted Goods
If you return the product (having taken reasonable care of it) within 30 days of the date on which you received it, we will refund you any money which you have paid us for that product. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. Please contact us by telephone (on 0845 467 6839) or email (at mail@givealittle.co.uk) to inform us of your wish to return the goods and we will allocate you a Returns Code (which you may wish to include with the package to ensure we process your return as efficiently as possible). We may also advise you how to send the item back to us. Please use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (such as via Royal Mail Second Class Recorded Delivery) and which insures you for the cost of the items being returned, in the rare event of the parcel going missing.
You will be responsible for the returned Products until they reach us. - Faulty Goods
If you receive an item from us which is faulty, which you did not order or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact us by telephone (on 0845 467 6839) or email (at mail@givealittle.co.uk) to inform us within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange a refund or replacement. In the event of you returning goods to us we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. In this event, please contact us first and we will allocate you a Returns Code (which you may wish to include with the package to ensure we process your return as efficiently as possible) and we will also advise you how to send the item back to us. We usually ask that you send items back to us via Royal Mail Second Class (Recorded), but occasionally items may have to be picked up by a courier service. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs. - For help with items later than 30 days after purchase please contact us for more information.
